Award Description
|
These awards are intended to enable an NLC student, staff or community member in the NLC region to create and complete a project which benefits the community (including the College) and which has a cultural connection (broadly defined). The award program is intended to allow for as much originality, creativity, and flexibility as possible on the part of the applicant. To apply for this award, the applicant should submit a proposal that includes the following: 1. a clear description of the project 2. a description of how the intended objectives and outcomes will benefit the community 3. a detailed budget showing how the award money will be used 4. if applicable, letter(s) of support from community groups or members
