Campus Activities

Exercise Group

Where: Fort St. John Campus, Room 139
When: Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 6-7 pm

Details: Open to everyone, just show up and exercise along with us. We use workout DVDs, starting with a dance workout and Pilates. Wear appropriate workout clothes, and, if possible, bring a yoga or Pilates map.
