Applying for employment at Northern Lights College:
Applications for employment positions available at Northern Lights College can be submitted in one of two ways to the Human Resources department. After checking the career postings listed below, an applicant may:
1. Check the "Apply" button within the posting. This option should be used if the resume, cover letter and any other documentation is combined into one document file (either Word or PDF is acceptable). After clicking on that button, the applicant can fill in his/her name and contact information, and attach one file.
2. Submit an application via e-mail. This option can be used if the applicant has more than one document to submit (for example, separate files containing a resume, cover letter, and/or references) to the Human Resources department. In the Subject Line, please indicate the Competition Number that is listed on the job posting. Resumes, cover letters and any other documentation should be attached to the email. Due to server limitations, applicants are requested to limit job application emails to a total size of 5 MB or less (including attachments). Documentation should be submitted in either Word or PDF format.
Internal applicants are encouraged to confirm the impact upon their employee status and benefits eligibility before accepting a new position with the College. Please contact Payroll/ Benefits/ HR staff at the NLC Regional Office, Dawson Creek, for information and assistance.
Qualified applicants are invited to forward a resume and letter of application, quoting the competition number, and including names and telephone numbers of three current professional references to firstname.lastname@example.org.
