WFTR203 - Canadian Restricted Firearms Safety Course Modified

Topics in this newly developed course will have emphasis pertaining to handguns. It includes: major parts and types, firearms safety practices, ammunition, operating handgun actions, handgun firing techniques, care of handguns, responsibilities of the firearms owner/user, safe storage, display, transportation and handling of restricted firearms.


Hours: 8 (Lecture Hours: 4; Practicum Hours: 4)


Total Weeks: 1



Suggested minimum age is 16, or instructor's discretion. Must have successfully completed the Canadian Firearms Safety within 14 days prior to course start date.
