P2-1: Lap Joint Project
- Interpret drawings and layout project
- Drill holes
- Install MS20470 rivets
- Apply marking criteria
P2-2: Countersink Project
- Interpret drawings and layout project
- Drill holes
- Countersink appropriately
- Install MS20426 rivets
- Apply marking criteria
P2-3: Dimpling Project
- Interpret drawings and layout project
- Drill holes
- Dimple appropriately
- Install rivets
- Apply marking criteria

 

Learning Outcomes:

The student will install various size standard and countersunk rivets in various thickness of overlapping material.

 

Grading System:  Percentage

 

Passing Grade:  70%

 

Percentage of Individual Work: 100
