Course Content:

P2-1: Lap Joint Project
  • Interpret drawings and layout project
  • Drill holes
  • Install MS20470 rivets
  • Apply marking criteria
P2-2: Countersink Project
  • Interpret drawings and layout project
  • Drill holes
  • Countersink appropriately
  • Install MS20426 rivets
  • Apply marking criteria
P2-3: Dimpling Project
  • Interpret drawings and layout project
  • Drill holes
  • Dimple appropriately
  • Install rivets
  • Apply marking criteria
Learning Outcomes:
  • The student will install various size standard and countersunk rivets in various thickness of overlapping material.
Grading System:  Percentage

Passing Grade:  70
