This module covers rigging procedures for typical aircraft control systems.

Content:

P10-1 Rigging of Cyclic & Collective

  • Demonstrate all measurements and procedures to prove that the rigging is correct
P10-2 Tail Rotor Rigging of a Helicopter
  • Complete installation of rear tail rotor control cable
  • Demonstrate all measurements and procedures to prove that the rigging is correct
P10-3 C150 Control Cable
  • Complete installation of aileron control cable
  • Demonstrate all measurements and procedures to prove that the rigging is correct
Grading System:  Percentage

Passing Grade:  70%

Percentage of Group Work:  100
