An introduction to the World of Cosmetology. Learners will study a detailed history of Cosmetology and explore career opportunities in the field. Topics will include the psychology of success, motivation and self-management, satisfying basic human needs, and accessing creative capability. The importance of developing a solid foundation of life skills upon which to build technical skills and knowledge will also be addressed.
