Learning Outcomes:
Upon completion of the course, the learner will be able to:
- Manage personal hygiene, clothing choices, and medication
- Plan weekly menus that include choices from all four food groups
- Perform household management duties including shopping, cooking, cleaning, making beds, and additional household tasks
- Identify and demonstrate normal social behaviour in one-on-one and group interactions in the classroom and in the community
- Explain socially acceptable conduct and behaviours when an individual is out in public/the community
- Identify street signs and explain their meaning
- Participate in the planning of their own life choices
