Concentrating on the techniques, processes, materials, form and design for pottery. Projects will encompass various approaches to the basics of pottery for students wishing more in-depth study at the introductory level.

Course Content:
The focus of the projects in this study will be the further exploration of the form and design of pottery through the use of traditional and contemporary approaches. The number of projects will be determined by the type of study undertaken through consultation between instructor and student and may include glazing techniques, kiln operation, wheel-thrown and handbuilt products.
