Upon completeion of this course the participants will be able to:
1. Communicate with each other, while moving and hoisting equipment, by using hand signals properly and uniformly.
2. Through knowledge and techniques gained during the course, safely pick up loads with confidence of knowing how to estimate weights, know the correct derating factors necessary to identify Safe Working Loads values and use of proper rigging for lifts big and small.
3. Develop and establish safe working practices while working around and in a hoisting and rigging environment.
