Professionalism in the Workplace equips students with the employability skills needed to successfully maintain employment in their chosen field.

Personal Grooming and Hygiene Skills
Time Management
Teamwork Skills
Ethics in the Workplace
Telephone Skills
Resume Writing and Cover Letter Layout
Interview Skills

Learning Outcomes:
Upon completion of the course, the learner will be able to:

-select appropriate wardrobe and practice hygiene skills on a daily basis
-demonstrate time management skills
-describe teamwork skills in the workplace
-explain ethics in the workplace
-demonstrate proper business telephone etiquette
-create a resume and write cover letters to potential employers
-perform a mock interview and recall personal information pertaining to interview questions

Passing Grade: Pass (50%)

Assignments: 20 %
Participation: 30 %
