Learning Outcomes:
Upon completion of the course, the learner will be able to:

-select appropriate wardrobe and practice hygiene skills on a daily basis
-demonstrate time management skills
-describe teamwork skills in the workplace
-explain ethics in the workplace
-demonstrate proper business telephone etiquette
-create a resume and write cover letters to potential employers
-perform a mock interview and recall personal information pertaining to interview questions
