Choosing a career is an important decision. Fortunately, there have been many improvements in the advancement of skills training in British Columbia. The province is positioned for economic success and part of that prosperity is providing career development opportunities in industry.
The Workforce Training department offers a wide range of programs and courses designed for professional development. Courses can be taken for credit, while others are created in response to local interest from industry, business, and members of the community.
Courses can be taken at flexible times, and often, onsite industry training is scheduled at the convenience of employers looking to fill positions within a company.
