These drop-in classes are hosted by your Learning Support Specialist, Patricia Curtiss, a 600-hour registered yoga teacher at Yoga Alliance who was trained in India.
Yoga for Vitality is an active (Hatha) class for everybody. Learn pranayama (breathing techniques), asana (yoga postures), mantra (chanting), yogic wisdom, and meditation in every class.
This class is free and open to NLC students and staff. Please bring your student or staff to gain entry into the class. In accordance with public health measures, you are required to have proof of vaccine in order to attend these classes. Space limited.
There are no classes on October 18 or 25. The last class will be on December 13.
