As part of the luncheon, Northern Lights College President and CEO Laurie Rancourt will be making a presentation. The presentation will be followed by round table discussions with members of the college’s Board of Governors. Discussions will surround the vision of Northern Lights College in the community.
Those in attendance will be asked to consider five questions: As an owner of Northern Lights College, what do you want it to produce? What are the challenges your organization/community faces, and what kinds of resources are needed to overcome them? What do you believe will be the most significant challenges facing your community in the next 5-10 years? Are there particular needs/issues you would like Northern Lights College to address? What do you believe the members of your organization need in terms of skills and development to elevate their abilities and success?
