Employability Skills Training equips students with the strategies to explore career opportunities and develop the skills to successfully maintain employment in their chosen field.

Learning Outcomes:
- Upon completion of the course, the learner will be able to:
- Create a career plan
- Describe a career exploration
- Review various occupations
- Apply employability skills to the workplace environment
- Identify the eight Work Essential Skills needed in the workplace
- Select appropriate wardrobe choices and practice hygiene skills on a daily basis
- Demonstrate time management skills
- Describe teamwork skills in the workplace
- Explain ethics in the workplace
- Demonstrate proper business telephone etiquette
- Create a resume and write cover letters to potential employers

- Perform a mock interview and recall personal information pertaining to interview questions


Grading System: Pass/Fail


Passing Grade: Pass (50%)
