External Invigilation Services
Northern Lights College offers exam invigilation for both online and paper exams for other institutions and professional organizations.
Invigilation services are available at all Northern Lights College Campuses.
To request an invigilator at any Northern Lights College campus, please complete the Non-NLC Invigilation Request Form
NLC Staff Invigilation Requests
To request internal invigilation. please complete the NLC Staff Invigilation Request Form.
Please note: all staff requesting on-site invigilation must complete the above form and submit it to invigilation@nlc.bc.ca at least two weeks prior to the requested exam date.
Student Accommodation Exam Request Form
All Northern Lights College students who have approved accommodations for exams and are registered with Access Services are required to complete the NLC Student Accommodation Request Form for each separate exam at least five (5) working days before the class exam date.
Please note: Approved accommodations may be and are almost always organized in a room separate from where your classmates will be writing.
Completion of the form is the sole responsibility of the student.
If you require an accommodation for an ITA Exam, additional paperwork will be required. Contact Access Services for additional information at least 30 days before your scheduled exam.
