Northern Lights College is dedicated to providing students with the highest standard of education and career training. NLC’s academic and vocational programs prepare students for further post-secondary education and also provide pathways to immediate employment. Whether you’re planning to go to university or searching for a direct route to a meaningful career, the Academic and Vocational Division has a lot to offer. Ultimately, our programs are vital to well-rounded, healthy communities. Lawyers, doctors, engineers, dentists, and nurses can begin their university-level education with us, saving money in the process. Further, we provide stand-alone programs that enable students to graduate as Administrative Assistants, Business Managers, Computer Technicians, Early Childhood Educators, Health Care Assistants, Parole or Probation Officers, Practical Nurses, Teachers, Teaching Assistants, Social Service Workers, and more. Our programs and courses are presented with flexibility in mind, through face-to-face delivery, video-conferencing, and online. We offer an outstanding educational experience with relatively low tuition. Students in many of our programs are eligible for NLC bursaries and scholarships that further reduce costs. The Academic and Vocational team looks forward to helping you achieve your educational and employment goals!
