To be prepared for each Professional Cook level, you will need the following:

 3 Complete Level 2 3180 Work-based training hours


Personal Protective Equipment

Apprentices attending each level should bring:

  • Steel toes shoes

Tools are not required.

Books and Supplies

A textbook and supplies list will be provided just prior to the start of classes.  Textbooks may be purchased at the NLC Bookstores.
