How do I access software applications in use at NLC?
Log into MyApps to use all applications in use at Northern Lights College, including Office 365, D2L, WebAdvisor, Touchnet, and more.

Who do I speak to about technical issues?
Contact your instructor if you do not have the right tools to connect to your online classes. Your instructor will work with the IT department to help you access the technology you need.

For technical support with NLC equipment, contact the IT helpdesk.

For issues related to D2L, contact John Royer, educational technology facilitator.

For data overages on your cell phone or home internet, contact your service providers to see if there is relief available. Most home internet providers have waived overage charges during the pandemic.
