Northern Lights College has taken steps to lay the foundation for equitable and inclusive progress. As part of our commitment, we have developed and built upon our strategic plan.

Our Advancements

While our college has taken steps to lay the foundation of equitable progress, much work still remains. In response to this need, Northern Lights College accepted a key role in a national initiative to furthering equitable advancements in the communities we serve and supporting our neighbours throughout Western Canada and allies across Canada.
