DESCRIPTION:For more information on convocation\, see our convocation page.\nGuest Information: \n• Convocation is a by invite only event and is not open to the general public\n• Doors open for guests at 1:15pm\, the ceremony will begin at 2pm\n• Guests do not require tickets\, seating is available on a first come first served basis\n• Guests are not permitted in the gowning area or upstairs at the Curling Club\n• Parking is free\n• The DC Curling Club is wheelchair accessible\n• The ceremony will also be available via live stream \nGraduate Information: \n• Graduates should arrive at 12pm for gowning\n• Group photo will be taken at 1pm\n• Ceremony begins at 2pm\n• Leave all valuables at home or with a friend or family member\n• Following the ceremony\, you will return to the gowning area to return your gown\n• The ceremony length will be 90–120 minutes\n• The ceremony will be followed by the President’s Tea which includes light refreshments\, cake\, coffee and tea
