Industry Training Centres

NLC has training centres in three key areas: oil and gas, clean energy technologies, and aircraft maintenance.

BC Centre of Training Excellence in Oil & Gas

This industry training centre provides hands-on learning opportunities through the Simulated Well Site Training facility, along with a full-sized drilling rig donated by Nabors Canada. The facility is based at the $12 million Jim Kassen Industry Training Centre. It is designed to address the challenges of skills training and education in the oil and gas industry on a provincial scale.
