Discover the art and science of traditional sourdough bread making in this hands-on course designed for beginners. You’ll learn how to create and care for a healthy sourdough starter, understand the fermentation process, and prepare a basic sourdough dough from scratch. This course covers foundational techniques that build confidence in the kitchen, emphasizing natural fermentation, timing, and simple ingredients to produce delicious, nutritious homemade sourdough bread. You’ll leave with your own starter and a sourdough loaf to bake at home. All materials are included.
