What truly makes us happy? This course is a deep dive into the study of happiness through the lenses of psychology and social science. We will investigate evidence-based practices that enhance well-being, challenge popular myths about happiness, and examine how culture, relationships, work, and personal habits influence long-term life satisfaction. Through interactive activities, reflective exercises, and critical discussions, students will develop a personal toolkit for increasing their own happiness and supporting the well-being of others.

Instructed by Dennis Eisenbarth. Dennis holds a MSc (Adult Education) from the University of Guelph and is an expert in people skills. He has facilitated workshops and webinars on more than 50 different topics. Being an expert in people skills, Dennis specializes in training events related to people, such as communication skills, life skills, leadership and management skills, dealing with difficult people and emotional intelligence.
