Maxime Fortin was all smiles today as he was awarded a shiny new toolbox full of tools, “this is great! It’s wonderful!”
Wes Walter, Sales Manager with Northern Metalic — a long-time supporter of NLC — stopped by the Fort St. John Northern Lights College (NLC) campus today to gift the toolbox and tools to Maxime for achieving the top academic marks in the HMT (Heavy Mechanical Trades) Foundation program.
“We donate the toolbox and tools to help get the student who achieves top honours get started in the workforce,” Wes said.
With a job search on the horizon, Maxime is grateful for the opportunities provided by Northern Lights College (NLC), and the tools to make it happen. Equipped with his new tools, Maxime is ready and eager to get his career started.
