In this course, students will learn project management essentials — mastering critical concepts that need plans and learning how to implement, control, and close any type of project. You will develop skills to manage client requirements, multiple scope change requests, limited resources, lack of authority, and working with difficult clients. Rounding out this course, students will be engaged in understanding budgets: tracking income and expenses, identifying, forecasting, and staying within budget guidelines.
