The good news is that we can develop and enhance our E.Q. Learn what E.Q. is, what it means to you, and how it can help you build successful relationships. This course will improve your emotional health, communication, success, leadership, and more! When you finish this course, you’ll be able to:
- Understand and apply emotional intelligence (E.Q.) at work and in your personal, social and family life.
- Learn and apply the four dimensions of E.Q., including Self Awareness, Self-Management, Social Awareness, and Relationship Management.
- Discover a battery of practical emotional intelligence techniques to use in a variety of life applications including communication, leadership, building personal and family relationships
Instructed by Dennis Eisenbarth. Dennis holds a MSc (Adult Education) from the University of Guelph and is an expert in people skills. He has facilitated workshops and webinars on more than 50 different topics. Being an expert in people skills, Dennis specializes in training events related to people, such as communication skills, life skills, leadership and management skills, dealing with difficult people and emotional intelligence.
