FOODSAFE Level 1 or Food Safety 2021 for Food Handlers is an online food handling, sanitation and work safety course from Knowledgeware and is designed for front line food service workers such as cooks, servers, bussers, dishwashers, and deli workers. The course covers important food safety and worker safety information including foodborne illness, receiving and storing food, preparing food, serving food, cleaning and sanitizing.
- This course is a Provincial Health Services Authority recognized FOODSAFE course.

- This course is approved in all Canadian provinces except for AB and QB.
