FoodSafe Level 1 is designed for frontline food service workers such as cooks, servers, bussers, dishwashers, and deli workers. In this course, you will learn about food safety and worker safety
information including foodborne illness, receiving, and storing food, preparing food, serving food, cleaning and sanitizing. This course is offered in person with an NLC certified trainer.
