Learn the fundamentals and principles of nutrition through lecture and cooking demonstration. Part 2 of the series focuses on food allergies, intolerances and deficiencies, shopping, meal planning and prepping, and mindful eating. Students will receive a list of groceries and have the option to follow along during the cooking demonstration. Students should complete Part 1.
