Retirement is often viewed as a time of freedom and leisure, yet the emotional transition it brings can be complex and deeply personal. This course explores the psychological and emotional impacts of retirement, including shifts in identity, purpose, relationships, and daily structure. We will examine adult development, coping strategies, to better understand the wide range of experiences retirees face. Whether preparing for your own retirement or supporting others through this life stage, participants will gain tools to recognize emotional challenges and foster resilience and fulfillment in post-career life.
