What truly makes us happy? This course is a deep dive into the study of happiness through the lenses of psychology and social science. We will investigate evidence-based practices that enhance well-being, challenge popular myths about happiness, and examine how culture, relationships, work, and personal habits influence long-term life satisfaction. Through interactive activities, reflective exercises, and critical discussions, students will develop a personal toolkit for increasing their own happiness and supporting the well-being of others.

Instructed by Dennis Eisenbarth. Dennis holds a MSc (Adult Education) from the University of Guelph and is an expert in people skills. He has facilitated workshops and webinars on more than 50 different topics.
