DAWSON CREEK – Northern Lights College will be holding the official grand opening ceremonies for the Health Sciences Building and the Centre of Excellence for Clean Energy Technology on Saturday, Oct. 15 at the Dawson Creek Campus.
There will be a formal opening ceremony, which is by invitation only, starting at 1:30 pm.
A public open house will follow the opening, from 2:45-4 pm, where community members will be able to tour the facilities.
Funding for the construction of both buildings was provided through the Knowledge Infrastructure Program (KIP), where the Federal and Provincial governments participated in a 50/50 cost share arrangement.
Individuals interested in attending Saturday’s community open house are asked to access the Dawson Creek Campus via the 116th Avenue entrance.
