Using the “Look Before You Leap Business Plan”, students will be guided by an experienced instructor through the eight elements of a business plan: Self-Assessment, Concept Development, Legal Issues, Going to Market, Sales & Quality Service, Finances, Establishing a Contracting Business & Anatomy of a Business Plan. By the end of this course, students will have the knowledge to successfully start a business.
