Students must pass the advanced exam complete, proficiency in operating RPAS prior to taking the flight review. Passing the flight review is the final step toward your certification as an Advanced drone pilot. The flight review is a variable length test designed to validate pilots’ competencies as Advanced operators. Students will be tested on site surveys, emergency procedures, contacting Transport Canada, pre-flight, launching safely, navigating obstacles, manually recognizing distances, and landing safely.
