Lead with confidence. Leadership and Management Foundations Workshop is a hands-on workshop series built for anyone who wants to grow their leadership skills to tackle real challenges and lead through complexity with clarity. You’ll explore how to make smart decisions, communicate with impact and build trust across your team. This four-part in-person workshop series is designed to help new and emerging management leaders build confidence, clarity and capability in complex environments.

Each session is grounded in real-world application, blending systems thinking and reflective leadership practice. You’ll bring in a personal ‘problem of practice’ to work through, ensuring your learning is immediately transferable to your day-to-day work.
