Registering and paying for your Continuing Education courses is incredibly easy and can be done either online or in-person.

Registration Methods

Register and pay online on the course listing.

  1. Have the course code or course name ready and your Visa or Mastercard on hand.
  2. Call our toll free number: 1-866-463-6652
  3. Ask for Campus Services (Available Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm)
  4. They’ll walk you through the steps and register you over the phone.

Email studenthelp@nlc.bc.ca and provide the course name and code of the course you’d like to register in. We’ll contact you with payment options and confirmation.

  1. Download and fill out the registration form ahead of time. Or, we also have forms on hand if you don’t have access to a printer.
  2. Head to your nearest NLC campus to register in any of our CE courses, regardless of where the course is held.
  3. Have the course code or course name ready and your Visa or Mastercard on hand.
  4. Locate the Campus Services Office on campus. Campus Services hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
  5. Your admissions officer will walk you through the registration process, step by step.
  6. When you pay for your courses, you’ll be signed up and ready to start classes.

We encourage sponsors to complete and submit the sponsorship authorization form. Eligible refunds may be paid to the student, not the sponsor without one.

Payment Methods

Paying for your tuition and related fees has never been easier. Select one of the options listed below to reserve your place with us in your ongoing education journey.

Payment may be made at any Campus Services office during regular business hours. We accept cash, cheque, debit/Interac, Visa, and MasterCard. Students may also present Passport to Education or sponsorship letters at this time.

Most banks and credit unions allow direct payments between your bank and the college.

To pay with online banking:

  1. Select Northern Lights College as the payee
  2. Use your student number as the account number. If you don’t know your student number, please email us at ce@nlc.bc.caemail

Please allow a minimum of 2 business days for NLC to receive and process your payment. If you’d like to start your courses immediately, we recommend using one of our other payment options.
