You’ll gain a comprehensive overview of project management techniques so that you can effectively plan, manage and control projects based on the standards of the Project Management Institute (PMI). Theory and practical examples of these methodologies are provided in an interactive format, and skills gained can be immediately applied at work. Earn Professional Development Unit (PDU) credits from PMI.
